East Maitland Project

Year - 2025

As part of a larger transformation, this project included the construction of a new carport and upgraded driveway, designed to enhance both functionality and street appeal.

The timber structure adds warmth and character, while providing practical, all-weather protection for vehicles. Thoughtful lighting has been incorporated to create a welcoming feel and improve usability, especially in the evenings.

Paired with the new driveway, this addition creates a clean and cohesive entry to the home—blending seamlessly with the existing property and setting the tone for the rest of the project.
