This project was a full new build, where we brought a modern country-style home to life from the ground up. Designed to feel warm, welcoming, and timeless, the home blends clean, modern finishes with classic country charm.

A standout feature of this build is that it’s a fully off-grid home, carefully designed to be both self-sufficient and comfortable year-round. From the early planning stages, we placed a strong focus on energy efficiency—thoughtfully selecting insulation, window placement, and orientation to maximise natural light, airflow, and thermal performance.

The result is a home that not only looks beautiful, but works in harmony with its environment.

Inside, the open-plan layout forms the heart of the home, with a well-designed kitchen and living space that flows seamlessly for everyday family living and entertaining. Every element has been considered to create a space that feels both practical and inviting.

Externally, the home features a strong yet simple façade, complemented by natural textures and a welcoming entry that reflects the surrounding landscape.
